This Privacy Policy explains how DecorAdsPro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit decoradspro.com, subscribe to our newsletter, submit a contact or audit request, or engage us as a client. We serve brands in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, European Union, and other regions, and we are committed to handling your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada).

1. Who We Are

DecorAdsPro is a performance marketing agency specialising in Pinterest Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Local SEO for home decor brands. The business is operated by Md Sharifuzzaman, based in Bangladesh. For all data and privacy enquiries, contact us at sharif@decoradspro.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Newsletter subscriptions: When you submit the “Decor Ads Brief” form, we collect your email address.
• Audit and contact requests: When you book an audit via Calendly or contact us via email or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any information you voluntarily provide about your business.
• Contact and calculator forms: When you submit the form on our contact page or the “have our team review these numbers” form on our calculator page, we receive and store your submission on our own server rather than through a third-party form service. We store your name, email address, brand or store name, website URL, budget range, your message, the calculator figures you chose to share, and the page and campaign details that brought you to the form. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to rate-limit abuse — your IP address itself is not retained. Submitting these forms requires ticking a consent box; without it the form will not send.
• Analytics data: When enabled, we collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location. This data does not identify you personally.
• Ad platform pixels: When our Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, or Google Ads conversion tracking is active, these platforms may collect behavioural data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We use this data solely to measure and optimise ad campaign performance.
• Client data (for retained clients): We may access your ad account data, analytics data, CRM data, and revenue data solely to deliver contracted services. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send the Decor Ads Brief newsletter (with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
• To respond to audit requests and enquiries.
• To deliver contracted marketing management services to clients.
• To analyse website performance and improve our content (aggregate, anonymised data only).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For visitors and subscribers in the EU or UK, our legal bases for processing are:

• Consent — newsletter subscriptions, analytics cookies, and contact or calculator form submissions (the consent box on those forms is the record of it).
• Legitimate interests — responding to enquiries, protecting our forms from automated abuse, and improving our website.
• Contract performance — processing data necessary to deliver services to retained clients.
• Legal obligation — retaining records as required by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• FormSubmit.co — processes newsletter subscriptions only, and forwards them to our email. Contact and calculator enquiries are no longer sent through FormSubmit; they are received and stored on our own server. FormSubmit Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-spam check on the contact and calculator forms. Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser signals in order to distinguish humans from automated submissions. • Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Data is anonymised and processed by Google. Google Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Clarity — product analytics. Clarity records session replays and builds heatmaps of how visitors scroll, move and click on this site, and receives a pseudonymous analytics identifier. Keystrokes in form fields are masked by default. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Calendly — used for scheduling audit calls. Your name, email address, and any answers you provide when booking are processed by Calendly and synced to our Google Workspace calendar. Calendly Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Meet — video conferencing for audit, discovery and client calls, part of Google Workspace. Google Privacy Policy. See section 12.
• Recall.ai (Hyperdoc Inc.) — meeting recording and transcription, used only with the consent of every participant. Recall.ai Privacy Policy. See section 12.
• Anthropic — artificial intelligence service used to generate summaries of meeting transcripts for our internal notes. Anthropic Privacy Policy. See section 12.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — Meta Pixel for conversion measurement when enabled. Meta Privacy Policy.
• Pinterest — Pinterest Tag for conversion measurement when enabled. Pinterest Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces from Google servers. Google may log your IP address. Google Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

Our website uses the following types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Session cookies required for site functionality. No personal data stored.
• Analytics cookies (optional): Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) set only when GA4 is active. These are anonymised and do not identify you personally.
• Ad measurement cookies (optional): Set by Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and Google Ads conversion tracking when these scripts are active. Used solely for campaign measurement.

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core site functionality.

7. Data Retention

• Newsletter subscribers: Email addresses retained until you unsubscribe.
• Enquiry and audit request data: Retained for up to 24 months from last contact.
• Client account data: Retained for the duration of the engagement plus 3 years, or as required by applicable law.
• Analytics data: Retained for 14 months in Google Analytics 4 (GA4 default).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion (“right to be forgotten”): Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format (GDPR).
• Objection / opt-out: Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Opt out of analytics via browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
• CCPA: California residents may request disclosure, deletion, or opt-out of “sale” of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption on all pages. We do not store credit card or payment data on our servers — all payments are processed by third-party payment providers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

10. International Transfers

DecorAdsPro is operated from Bangladesh. Data you submit may be processed by third-party services (Google, Meta, Pinterest, FormSubmit.co, Recall.ai, Anthropic) with servers in the United States and European Union. Where required by GDPR, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed at businesses, not individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Meeting Recording and Transcription

With the permission of every participant, DecorAdsPro may record and transcribe sales, discovery and client meetings. We use these recordings to create accurate internal notes, document requirements, prepare follow-up actions, and train and review our own team’s performance.

Recording is optional and consent-based. Before any recording begins we ask every participant on the call and wait for agreement. A clearly named notetaker (“DecorAdsPro Notetaker”) joins the meeting as a visible participant whenever a recording is possible, and nothing is captured until we manually start the recording. Participants may decline at the outset, or ask us to pause or stop the recording at any point, and we will do so immediately.

We record audio only. We do not record or retain video of our meetings.

To provide this service we use third-party providers acting on our behalf:

• Calendly — scheduling.
• Google Meet — video conferencing.
• Recall.ai — meeting recording and transcription.
• Anthropic — automated summarization using an artificial intelligence service.
• Website and file hosting — storage of the resulting audio and text.

These providers are bound by agreements that limit their use of meeting content to providing these services to us. Some providers may hold a temporary copy of a recording for a short period before it is deleted from their systems. Meeting content is stored in the United States.

Access is limited to authorized members of our team, who each sign in with an individual named account. Access to recordings is logged. Recordings are never published, sold, or used for advertising.

Audio recordings are automatically deleted 365 days after the meeting. Transcripts and the summaries derived from them are retained as part of our business records for as long as they remain relevant to our relationship with you, or as required for a legal obligation or dispute. We may delete any recording, transcript or summary earlier on request.

Participants may contact us at sharif@decoradspro.com to request access, correction or deletion of a recording, transcript or summary, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
